Scheduling and availability

Installations are scheduled based on availability, weather, and crew capacity. We will confirm dates with you after a quote is accepted.

Deposits and payments

A deposit may be required to reserve your installation date. Final payment terms will be included in your quote or contract.

Cancellations and rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on timing and materials ordered.

Customer responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate project information, access to the property on the scheduled date, working power and outlets if needed, and to obtain any HOA or approval required for the installation.

Installation limitations

Some installations may be limited by existing home conditions, soffit or fascia condition, access limitations, electrical limitations, weather, or other site conditions. We will assess these during the quote process.

Warranty limitations and exclusions

Our warranty covers workmanship and specified materials as described in your contract. It does not cover damage caused by weather, improper use, modifications, or normal wear and tear.

No guarantee of exact lighting appearance

We cannot guarantee that installed lighting will look exactly like photos or examples. Appearance depends on home layout, surface color, distance from the wall, ambient lighting, and product limitations.

Limitation of liability

Arvex Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages beyond the amount paid for the specific service.
